Where do you pick up from?


To make it more convenient for you, all our Gold Coast tours pick up from various hotels in the inner-city. Dropping you back off here after your full-day adventure.


How long do the Gold Coast tours last?


The general length for our tours is typically eight hours, beginning in the early hours of the morning and concluding before nightfall.


Are there any extra costs on the tour?


Majority of our tours are an all-inclusive package, with the only exception being meals as indicated in the itinerary. Any optional extras offered are an additional cost.


Can children go on the tours?


Children of all ages are welcome on our tours! We offer cheaper ticket rates for children and infants travel free (please check the Gold Coast tour’s information page for our age confines).


How do I pay for my tour?


To book, simply click the ‘BOOK NOW’ button on our webpage, or alternatively, you can call our office on 1300 661 225 to book. You need to pay at the time of booking in full, with either a Visa or MasterCard.


What do I need to bring?


We suggest packing a day bag full of your essential belongings, including your camera, water bottle, and wallet.


What should I wear for my tour?


Lace-up those walking shoes for the day, as our tours are jam-packed with action! To stay comfortable through a long day of walking and a variety of weather conditions, make sure to choose the correct clothing material and style.


Do you accept group booking?


Yes, we do not have any limit on group bookings! Simply click the ‘BOOK NOW’ button on our webpage, or alternatively, you can call our office on 1300 661 225 to book. However, due to our prices already being as low as possible, we do not offer any group prices.


What is the policy for cancellations or refunds?


Cancellation or change of date outside of 7 days of departure will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation or change of date within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to board, change of date or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.


I have a special dietary requirement. Can I still come on the tour?


Yes! We cater to all different types of dietary requirements! All you need to do is leave a comment in your booking notes or tell our operator team over the phone and we can organise it for you.
