Walk above and through the Tamborine Rainforest on a pedestrian bridge. It’s under an hour away by car from Gold Coast!
The Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk is luckily only a short walk. It is 1.5 kilometres in total which is about a 45 minute walk. The bridge is about 300 metres. Walking along the bridge allows you to discover the rainforest from up high. You will be able to get different views of the rainforest and you can see Cedar Creek on some parts of the walk. You will come across some informative signs to learn more. When walking across the bridges you will reach a 40 metre cantilever bridge. It then takes you up 30 metres above the floor. From here you can get incredible views of the rainforest, creeks below you, and Mount Tamborine. The rainforest has so much flora and fauna to see, and you might spot some wildlife when exploring.
